The smell is wonderful!
It's different from the grocery store stuff we normally purchase. This tends to be larger particles that lie on top of the carpet or rugs.
Any that misses and ends up on hard surface flooring is crunchy when stepped on.
It left our home smelling clean and fresh and since it didn't sink down deep into the carpet, it's probably easier on the carpeting.
