(More customer reviews)In terms of quality, this rug rates 5 stars. All wool, thick and rich-looking. A great buy at at the price. But the color isn't remotely as pictured, which looks golden with pale green and bright red. Well, the overall appearance is dark. Mostly a bluish green. Although the written description says Gold, the border isn't gold, in fact, there is no discernable gold in the rug at all. I did some web-surfing after the rug arrived and saw that this company has frequent complaints about color. I was hesitant to order an item like a rug sight unseen, and was I ever right. That said, if you're not too fussy about the color, go for it.
This is not the vendor's fault, since product photos and written details are probably supplied by the manufacturer. The vendor gets 5 stars. Rockbottom price, free shipping, no tax. Item arrived in 2 days. Amazing!

Safavieh Classic CL324A Light Green 6' Round Handmade Wool Area Rug Review

(More customer reviews)I bought the 6' rd and the 6'x9'. While they are beautiful rugs, the colors are NOTHING like the picture. I purchased these rugs because I thought they were mostly GOLD with accent colors on an ivory background in the interior. Don't they look like a golden yellow? They are not! So it was a big disappointment! There is a VERY MUTED gold around the border and a few spots sprinkled in the interior, but they are so muted that it just blends in with the grayish/sage green which is the predominent color of the rugs. I had made special arrangements for help in removing my old rugs and putting the new ones down (VERY HEAVY DN RM TABLE!) so, I'm stuck with them because it's just way too much trouble to try to return them. The color scheme I planned on for my lv & dn rms obviously won't be happening all because of this photo. So, buyer beware!

(More customer reviews)This rug is absolutely the most beautiful rug I have ever seen. The 3-D like raised flower images pop right out of this amazing soft, silk and wool rug. The 8x8 size is a perfect size for most entertaining rooms. The only down fall was that it took a few times vacuuming it before it didn't shed wool all over our socks. Now it is fine, it matches our decor perfectly because of its neutral color palate. I would definitly recommend this rug to someone who wants a bit of chic, comfort with an eye catching neutral pop!
