I contacted the seller about returning or possibly exchanging the rug. They sent me instructions on how to return the rug. They also sent a image of a rug similar in colors (AT313A) to what we initially chose, but a lighter shade. I asked the seller if they could take a picture of the original rug and the recommended rug side-by-side for us to compare. They sent 2 side-by-side pictures. In the end, we returned the original rug and purchased the recommended one. The quality of the product was exactly what we expected. Shipping was easy as the seller arranged for UPS to pick up the original rug from our home.
Buying an area rug sight unseen is difficult, but this seller made it easy and kept in constant communication the entire time. We definitely recommend this seller.
