It cleaned my oven with ease, my mother's baseboard that she usually uses a toothbrush to scrub, my tile in my bathroom that I spilled nailpolish on that went into the cracks (I used nail polish remover and I think every cleaning product out there!!! and only this worked!)

It blew the dirt right out of my mothers baseboard with such great ease she would like to own her own! Hmmm... Christmas idea? I think so...
I also think it is great to clean around the hinges of the toilets!!! It blasts away the "misses" from my 3 little boys that are hard to get!
It doesn't hold much water at a time, but I think of all the money I've been saving on cleaning products! Not to mention the fumes!!! I would recommend this product!!

Safavieh Classic CL324A Light Green 6' Round Handmade Wool Area Rug Review

(More customer reviews)I bought the 6' rd and the 6'x9'. While they are beautiful rugs, the colors are NOTHING like the picture. I purchased these rugs because I thought they were mostly GOLD with accent colors on an ivory background in the interior. Don't they look like a golden yellow? They are not! So it was a big disappointment! There is a VERY MUTED gold around the border and a few spots sprinkled in the interior, but they are so muted that it just blends in with the grayish/sage green which is the predominent color of the rugs. I had made special arrangements for help in removing my old rugs and putting the new ones down (VERY HEAVY DN RM TABLE!) so, I'm stuck with them because it's just way too much trouble to try to return them. The color scheme I planned on for my lv & dn rms obviously won't be happening all because of this photo. So, buyer beware!

Haan HD-50 Duo Steam Sweeper & Floor Sanitizer Review

(More customer reviews)I'll admit I'm a person who dislikes housework with a passion--but I'm a stickler for a clean and sanitary environment. Since the kitchen and the bathrooms are the most heavily traveled and visited, I was especially drawn to the Haan Duo Steam Sweeper and Sanitizer, beacause it was able to tackle a few tasks at the same time. Originally when I had to mop the floor, I'd sweep the area, fill two buckets: one with hot water and Mr. Clean--and the other bucket with clear, cold rinse water. And then the process of trying to clean the floor would begin...
After the floor finally dried, there was always a slight disinfectant residue that felt tacky whenever I'd walk across what I thought was a clean floor.
When I opened my Haan-Duo, the first place I thought I'd try the machine was the prep area in my kitchen. Between the grease and food stains, footprints, scuff marks, and crumbs, I thought if something as simple as water/steam could clean and sanitize that
mess--then it was worth every penny.
The first pass in the prep area was absolutely amazing! Not only did the Haan-Duo pick up the things I had been able to see, but it went deeper into the floor to clean things I couldn't see. My flooring is rather old, but after one cleaning, the luster I thought was gone came right back to life. Grey tiles I thought were part of the color pattern on the floor were dazzlingly white. For the first time, in a long time, the floor looked fantastic!
I then completed the bathrooms. The grout in between the tiles was perfectly clean. I tried it on my hard wood floors--and the same consistent results made the floor look like new in minutes!
The Haan-Duo is light, compact, and it delivers every time I've used the product. My only critique of the system is that it is difficult to really get in and around the back end of the toilet area because of its width. If there were an attachment, perhaps shaped like a triangle, it would get to the hard to reach spaces without any trouble. If indeed, Haan makes a hand-held model with the varying heads, I'd purchase it in a heartbeat.
The velcro pads pick up every bit of floor residue, and then when I'm finished cleaning, I wash the pads out with gentle soap, and put them in the sun to dry.
The Haan-Duo us very eco-friendly. No more do I have to worry about allergic reactions from cleaning products. The surfaces are sanitized in a natural way--without chemicals.
It's really made my workload so much easier!

However, within five minutes of putting it together, my kittens were able to snap the hanging toys and within two days, were able to, literally, take one of the handles for the hanging toys right off. I was pretty disappointed also because when I went to the grocery store that week, they had the exact same product but only $20 cheaper than what I had just paid. It looks a whole lot nicer than it can stand up to.

It doesn't prevent a cat from restaining the same area, so a smell may still remain. The only drawback is the delivery system of this product. It comes with a bottle of neutralizer, and 30 packets. You mix 2 packets and 60 ml of the neutralizer in a bottle and apply to the stain. You then have to throw away any remaining product. It's a lot of work to do, but worth it if you want to get rid of pet stain smells.

(More customer reviews)I have owned this vacuum for a couple of years now. Although it's expensive and not "fancy", we purchased it because our previous machines were never satisfactory. They either blew dirt back out the exhaust, were super noisy and/or heavy, and the cake was taken when a relatively new but just-out-of warranty machine needed repair and could not be fixed. The Lindhaus is very lightweight and easy to manuver, very quiet so others are not disturbed and children and pets are not afraid of the noise. It does not have a "headlight", but does have an indicator light that goes on when the bag is full and needs to be changed. It's easy to change the bag. The machine is repairable and though I have never needed this service, there are several vacuum stores in my area that can handle this brand. The only downside, I would say, is the bags seem a little more expensive, but I should add that I have not priced the bags of other brands lately. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a reliable machine and isn't overly impressed with bells, whistles and doo-dads.
