(More customer reviews)This product is too expensive; quality is very poor. Carpeting is very sparse and thin and the edges look like they fray easily. Had to return the product but I lost some money due to the "restocking fee" practices from these 3rd party vendors at Amazon Marketplace. Left me with a distaste for ordering stuff from vendors other than Amazon. Beware of "restocking fees". I think that these fees actually encourage unscrupulous vendors to put out bad products because they get to profit from these fees regardless. As a side note, I went to my local home improvement store and found stair treads that are of infinitely better quality but 3 times less expensive.
