(More customer reviews)Works fine on wood. I cut it up and used some for a runner on our dining room table and some placemats we have on our coffee table since our cats jump up there. The runner & placemats used to slide across the table with our cats on top. Problem solved with the mats underneath. Tried to use some under throw rugs we have on our berber carpet, but it didn't really help there.
