I will go ahead and use it for a while becuase it is too much trouble to return...Still it is really pretty and was a great deal. You couldn't beat the price.

(More customer reviews)I was happy to see that this rug came in 2' by 4' size according to ad. However, when it was delivered it was only 2' x 3'. I called the company, United Weavers of America, directly and was told that 2'x4' does not exist, but they have to put that size in ad. I let them know it was false advertising and would post this comment thereby letting other consumers become aware of this false advertising method. They continued to say that carpet sizes advertised are not actually sizes available.
The carpet is nice, and I will keep it and place it in another area, but I was totally disappointed and angered at this situation.

(More customer reviews)I ordered this over a year ago and have given it a chance in hopes it would improve. I thought I was getting a great deal on this rug and was very excited to have it! The rug IS beautiful and feels as though it is good quality. NOPE!!!! It has been shedding since the day I purchased it. My husband and I have tried everything from vacuuming to beating it outside! No luck. Pieces of this rug were constantly all over our home and guests who wore black socks got the joy of leaving our home with chunks of it on their socks when the walked on it. I gave it one star only because it LOOKS lovely. The stupid rug is now rolled up and out by the garbage can. We did not even want to give it away and have someone else deal with this. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!! BOO HISSSSSSSS.

I had it perfectly measured so that the full length of my hallway would be covered. Unfortunately since the length was not accurate I will actually need to buy another one to do this. I am still happy with the product especially for the price, however, it would have saved a lot of time if they would have the correct measurements listed. the colors are exactly as seen on the site, and is very comfortable to walk on.

(More customer reviews)The quality of this rug seems to be very good, it's very soft and is the size anticipated (I've noticed - on other rugs - that people don't seem to get the exact size expected). The only thing, like another reviewer mentioned, is that the colors are definately not as vibrant as the picture seems to indicate. The color is also described as Royalty Brown Blue. It is definately not blue, it is grey. Overall though, I like the style and the quality and decided not to return this even though it's a little off from the description.
