(More customer reviews)I am still looking for the perfect stain removing carpet cleaning product, but this one comes the closest so far. I have cats that unfortunately have "accidents" and also tend to fur balls and associated mess. This product does a very good job, especially if you catch the stain early-on. It also has a nice smell so that is certainly a plus.
