I paid $9 including shipment for this tiny seal, that does not fit on my tank, so I called and e-maild and finaly the seller responded with an e-mail stating I am responsible for the return label and a restocking fee !! really ?it as big as a button $4 restocking fee ?
stay away from this seller.

It will neutralize the animal odors in those corners your male cat focuses on. It also removes the major stains you have on carpet. Just spray it on, rub it in gently (for those bad stains) and then it's clean. Or you may have to do it twice if needed. It's just amazing that it cleans up dark stains on light carpet like I have. One thing I have to say is WASH YOUR HANDS afterwards or the enzymes start going after your fingers from rubbing it in the carpet. Although my daughter said she doesn't have that problem. But really, it's great stuff and I think it's what you've been looking for.

(More customer reviews)I discovered the hard way that I needed to clean the carpet fibers out of my Hoover Steam Cleaner brush block. (After using my steam cleaner a few times, carpet fibers from my rug built up around the brushes, jammed them, and led to the plastic drive shaft on this brush block to break off. If you're looking at the picture of the product, that's the little green "finger" sticking up in on the lower portion of the picture.) The entire part is made of plastic, and while it feels a little flimsy, I don't think it would have broken if I had properly cleaned the brushes after each use.
After researching the part, I bought a replacement brush block on Amazon. Be sure to check on the Hoover web site to make sure you're ordering the right brush block for your steam cleaner ... there are at least two different blocks, and they aren't compatible. But once I received my replacement, it installed easily and works fine.
My only nit is that this simple brush block costs about ten percent of what it would cost to buy a new steam cleaner, which seems a bit pricey.
Bottom line ... keep your brush block clean. But if you're reading this review, I assume you've already learned that lesson the same way I did!

(More customer reviews)We have very sensitive noses when it comes to cat urine and tried MANY other products that didn't remove all the smell. Anti Icky Poo did. It has a clean, shower-fresh scent, not a perfumey type one that tries to mask odors.
We had to call the product's customer support for extra assistance, because one spot was extra stubborn. They were *very* informative and helpful. The advice they gave was to deep-treat it by first applying the solution as directed then putting a wet towel and a plastic bucket over the area to keep it working and not dry out for about a week. We did that and the smell was ABSOLUTELY gone after trying for six months previously. I am now a lifelong fan & if the problem ever occurs again, I now know exactly what to do.

We have a couple of dogs and cats, and as great as they are they aren't accident free...whether it knocking something over or getting sick, my carpet has definitely seen better days!
I'm in the process of using right now and I can already see a big difference!! I'm using a cleaning brush instead of a mop just so I can make sure I get the stains out and I really don't have to scrub that much! This stuff is great! It doesn't leave that soaked carpet that doesn't completely dry. I can tell that my husband is even impressed even though he won't come out and say it : )
I am very happy and would definitely recommend it!

(More customer reviews)I really didn't want this to work so I could get brand new carpet under the manufacturers warranty. The first time I used it I didn't think it worked...I got it off ebay and the sprayer was a joke so I had to get a new bottle. I thought this left grease looking stains on the carpet and I called the Co. Mister Max and they said that's never happen in all the years they've been making this. So, I got a really good spray bottle and mixed it with a little water. Sprayed it on all the spots and in the morning I had my husband walk in the room (which he is normally bowled over with the cat pee smell and fusses about it) and I asked "well, does it smell?" and he said wow no it doesn't, laid on the floor and said " what did you do?!?!"
I spent so much on feliway diffusers and I think that's a waste of money for my cats and I will have to keep up with the comfort zone spray (that's the only thing that works) and the anti icky poo because it totally takes away the smell! Use a black light when you're doing the treatment.

(More customer reviews)I have tried so many eco-green cleaners and really have only liked Mrs. Meyers, Ecover and (gasp) Clorox Green products. This product claims to clean anything from false teeth to diesel engines and it's probably true! As for its scent and harshness, the scent is a very light, quickly dissipating fragrance which reminds me of Fantastic. As for harshness, I did not wear gloves but probably should have ONLY because some of the greasy stuff went under a couple of fingernails. After normal washing and rinsing of my hands, I did not notice any dryness or irritation. I haven't tried this product on windows, so I can't comment on that, but this spray is EXCELLENT for cleaning an outdoor grill, indoor oven and baked on foodstuff inside my stainless convection microwave oven. On my misnomer self-cleaning oven, I sprayed, waited, wiped and sprayed again until it was like brand new w/ minimal use of elbow grease. AMAZING. I will be giving Simple Green and several other heavy duty cleaners away to neighbors as this IS definitely the ONLY general spray cleaner I will need to use. I also have ordered one gallon of their liquid laundry soap. It is so refreshing to find a product that is environmentally safe, made in USA (NC), and actually cleans as claimed. I hope they expand their product line in the future.

(More customer reviews)I have been using this steamer for over a month now and am still impressed. The volume and heat of the steam is outstanding. The continuous refill ability allows this unit to be used for several hours without being shut down for refills. I have cleaned stoves, tile, glass, floors, bathroom fixtures and even utensil and this steamer cuts through the grunge without the use of chemicals with the exception of bathrooms. A bit of lime away is still helpful to get any deposits loosened before steam cleaning.
I am also very satisfied with the build and operation of the unit. The attachments are all well made and fit solidly with no leakage of steam around the joints. The attachments are well insulated and even after long periods of use remain cool enough to handle without the use of gloves. All the parts lock together with a very solid snap and do not come apart in normal use.
All in all I can highly recommend this steamer. A solids all around package.

Where this product excels is stain removal. Use it full strength on carpet or upholstery stains. It's taken out some mighty tough stains for me including greasy motor oil that I spilled in the car...oops! After a quick clean-up, you would never even know. I will keep this product on hand at all times (I'm very accident-prone).

I have used it to remove ink, coffee, pizza, lipstick, crayon, tar, baby formula and red drink stains from carpets and upholstery. It removes the stains pretty quickly and without a lot of work or wait time. Baby formulas are the worst because of the sickening smell and Gonzo took care of that too.
I really like that it is odorless and non-sudsy. After the stain is gone I do not want to smell the cleaner, especially in my car. A little bit goes a long way but I always keep a bottle in the house and in the car. It has really worked for me and I have recommended it to my friends who are happy with their results too.

We have been coughing continually and have had burning eyes and thoat. It is so irritating that I cannot be in the carpeted rooms but a minute before having to leave. We have repeatedly tried to vacuum the scent out to get rid of it without success. Our next step is to try to shampoo it out of the carpet. This is the worst product that I have ever used. It has been days since I have been able to sit in one of our carpeted rooms. If you are even mildly irritated by strong smells, stay clear of this product- it's awful.
