(More customer reviews)In picture, color looks vibrant and is a deep orange. In reality, the color is dull reddish and the other colors are pretty dull looking. Also, it's coated in some sort of clear, plastic-y finish that looks kind of odd. It's hard to tell that it's bamboo beneath it. I can't use for the place I'd originally intended, but I decided to keep it at least for a few days to see how else it might fit in or be useful. I'll also try using it as a mat on my dining room table, per one suggestion of vendor. If I'd known what it actually looked like, I wouldn't have ordered it, but I suppose there are others who would prefer the toned-down colors to the vivid representation on the computer screen, which is more in line with a particular idea I had for it, but might turn someone else off. It's an interesting construction, but I'm just not sure how it will hold up to daily wear-and-tear.
