The sound is also very pretty and soothing to listen to. It is well-made, was carefully packed and promptly shipped. Highly recommended!

(More customer reviews)The product arrived with packing material stuck to the chimes; this had to be literally scrubbed off.
One of the chimes fell off in the first breeze that came along and I have been unable to reattach it.
The chimes are glass but they are very thick. Probably makes them more sturdy in the wind but they definitely do NOT have the tinkly glass chime sound that I was looking for.
