Although the wrong product was initially sent (we ordered oval and a round rug was sent), Pacific Rug and Home immediately sent the replacement product and had UPS come to our house to pick up the other rug. It was a pleasure working with them to resolve the issue. I highly recommend Pacific Rug and Home to anyone.
