Sedum Dragon's Blood Review
Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)This package had allegedly 5000 seeds, but what i received was SIGNIFICANTLY less. In addition to this, the plant that germinated from said seeds was most certainly NOT sedum. Of the seeds i received, i cultured less than a dozen sedum plants, and the rest of the seeds germinated into common clover. It did not matter if i seeded them in starters or into raw earth, the situation was the same even when it was not exposed to any other source of clover. This company lies about what they send you. If you do your research on outsidepride you will find plenty of evidence of their shenanigans. My mistake was not researching them BEFORE buying.

Sedum Stonecrop (Sedum Spurium Coccineum) or "Dragon's Blood" is an easy-to-grow herbaceous perennial and can be grown in a container or used as a ground cover. These plants are exceptionally tolerant of heat and drought and also tolerate cold and humidity. Sedum 'Dragons Blood' is a fast-growing ground cover with brilliant red flowers in late summer. Sedum is a succulent with needle-like leaves turn vibrant orange-red in fall. The more sun Sedum 'Dragons Blood Red' gets, the more intense both the flowers and foliage become. Sedum 'Dragons Blood Red' forms a dense mat 3 - 5" tall and spreads quickly within contained regions. You don't have to worry about it spreading to unwanted areas outside of where you plant sedum. Sedum 'will tolerate being planted in poor dry soil. Low growing Sedum is used for containers borders, edging and as a dense spreading ground cover plant. Works great in rock gardens as it will grow in shallow and pretty poor soil and survive. Sedum is easy to remove by simply pulling it out as it is shallow rooted.
