(More customer reviews)I too bought this steam cleaner. It worked great the first two times. Today I went to use it and no luck. The water/shampoo isn't coming out. And of course the Bissell.com site is down and their customer service isn't open on Sundays. HELLO isn't the weekend when people clean their homes?
