(More customer reviews)Ordered this item on 2/13. Received COMPLETION OF ORDER which stated that item would be shipped 2/18 - 2/20. When I did not get by 2/20, checked again and wow - a NEW estimation of delivery between 2/19 and 2/22! It's 2/23 and no rug and no response after two e-mails. I thought once an order was COMPLETED and a delivery time estimated, the item was in stock and on it's way. The money I paid for it was taken right away, after all. I will be "allowed" to ask for my money back on 2/25, but I would prefer the rug. We'll see how things go on 2/25. Have checked with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU site and have talked with a family friend about options.
