(More customer reviews)I really wanted this to work. Looks nice, but immediately dented with every roll of the chair wheels. Then in one day the edges were warped up over one inch on each side. This was on berber carpet in an office. Perhaps on a hard wood floor it would work. However, the bamboo wood is soft and dented with every roll. within just a few days of use it looked AWFUL!!!
NOT recommended - especially for almost $200

(More customer reviews)This rug is beautiful (if darker than depicted), soft and really accents the room well. I had only one gripe with it at first - it had a terribly strong odor when it was first taken out of the packaging. A chemical/petroleum type smell that was so bad that we couldn't keep it in the room (caused us to have headaches and burning noses). The rugs went out in the garage where I laid them out on the cement floor to air out. They eventually did, but it took about five days of "gassing out" before we could stand them back in the house. I still think they are a very good buy for the price, but be aware they are going to stink at first.

The rug IS beautiful and feels as though it is good quality. NOPE!!!! It has been shedding since the day I purchased it. My husband and I have tried everything from vacuuming to beating it outside! No luck. Pieces of this rug were constantly all over our home and guests who wore black socks got the joy of leaving our home with chunks of it on their socks when the walked on it. I gave it one star only because it LOOKS lovely. The stupid rug is now rolled up and out by the garbage can. We did not even want to give it away and have someone else deal with this. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!! BOO HISSSSSSSS.

(More customer reviews)The 2nd rug came in 2 weeks after the 1st one (march 16th) when it was supposed to be here by March 5th!...it came with with 8 deep creases! that I am STILL trying to iron out manually! I ordered them to avoid a penalty fee from my building, its regulation to have rugs or carpet on a certain percentage on the floors, I ordered the 2 rugs to avoid the high penalty fee, I specified the date my super would be inspecting the apartment, and they missed the specified date by a week off! I got a penalty fee due to their service.customer service was very nice via email, answered typically within 24-48 hours.. but also offered (bribe) 10 bucks to give them 5 stars and positive feedback due to their shipping error for the 2nd rug. then $20. and I asked about why the rug doesnt seem like the proper size? they said the rug is closer to 5 feet by 7 feet not actually 5'x8' as advertised here. avoid doing business with them. if service is bad and they offer you a rebate dont take it, tell people about any mistake they make. I dont see myself ordering anything from this place again. I am most upset about the 2nd rug coming late costing me a lot of money for the penalty fee and the fact the rug STILL has creases in it, i dont know how they take care of their rugs, but my 2nd one was not properly taken care of. Definitely could have done without that experience!
