(More customer reviews)My cats like it, but like some reviews say, it's a tad bit wobbly. I added some extra screws to keep the half-circle platform pieces in place, and I screwed the sides of the circles to the posts they rest against as well. I could probably add a few more in the base or something. Overall, not wobbly enough that my cats avoid it, but enough that I would only put it against the wall, not out in an open area.
That bit aside, it's one of the better quality-looking pieces I've ever owned. The carpet/fabric is thick and fuzzy, and I don't see my cats getting through it any time soon. It's not enough that they get their claws stuck in it, but it's nice and fluffy for them.
The toys are somewhat silly and useless. My cats hardly play with them, but they will occasionally spring them around to smack each other in the face with them. That's about all they're good for!

(More customer reviews)This is not the best quality and I'm sure the company (go pet club) is well aware of that fact.
My cat tree is missing one of the mice on the string and I second what another reviewer said: the stairs do not work. Whoever designed the stairs messed up on that part because there was no way they could be put on. If you screw them in, they hang straight down. Also, the top condo needed a longer screw, so I went out and bought one to solve that problem. It just sucks because I have these cat tree stairs hanging out in my closet now with no use for them (any suggestions?). I emailed the company about the problems and they sent me 2 really crappy screws that had been sloppily cut to another size as well as an extra condo piece (which I didn't need but was happy to get), but they didn't do anything about my missing mouse and those BS screws did not fix the stair issue. They wanted pictures showing the problems as if they don't know about it already. & FYI I put blankets inside of the condos because the cover material, while soft, is thin.
That being said, I am happy to have received this as a gift, even with the issues. My cats love it and use it daily to scratch, sleep in, or climb on. I would probably have been more angry though if I'd been the one who bought it.
Zero stars for the company, and 3 stars because my cats enjoy it anyway (and aren't on my couch as much!). But cats enjoy playing with crumpled paper...

(More customer reviews)I love love love the look of the "cat tree" to begin with - it doesn't look like a huge carpet eye-sore in the middle of the room, which is a HUGE plus. I haven't seen my cat use the center "hammock" area for anything other than bat at the little toy, but he LOVES snoozing on the top portion. The only downside of the product is the toys do come off the strings VERY easily (they didn't last more than a few hours). Other than that, we LOVE it!

(More customer reviews)This cat tree has a firm base but no amount of tightening stops the posts from wobbling. It is especially noticeable on the level with the cat house. My cat is pretty fearless (he likes to jump into his automated litter robot box when it turns and ride it around) so he doesn't mind. If there were a connection between the posts rather then them being free standing, the wobble might be reduced. The carpet is good quality. Unfortunatly the roof of the cat house that I received was separated at the seems with 2 nails sticking up. I had to do a little repair work on it. This is an average cat tree but my cat plays on it so its ok with him.

(More customer reviews)I just purchased this post and my cats love it. I mainly wanted it as a scratching post for my older cat so I like that the posts are carpeted. The carpet is not very high quality but I kind of expected that. It is fairly sturdy except if a cat is in the very top it will wobble a bit. I submitted a picture so you can get a better idea of the size it was smaller than I thought it would be. I looked everywhere for a real picture of this thing when I was shopping so I felt I could help the next person. Overall I am happy with this cat post.

We have a multiple cat household and have cats of various ages, sizes and agility skills. Our heaviest cat at 17 lbs fit on all levels and while the platforms at the top are not the biggest he fit on them comfortably. Our oldest cat at 18 years old used the stair climber to the next level from the floor and did so with ease.
The tree is sturdy and we don't have any wobbling that would make us hesitate having two 17 pound cats at the top jumping around. It is made with solid wood, not particle board which is great! The felt "fake fur" covering the wood is thin, not like the carpet on most other trees, however, it is soft and easy to clean.
The scratching posts are used the most and hold up very well to every use. You may want to get new hanging toys because the little yarn balls that come with the tree fall apart easily.
The product name plate attached to the front of the tree gives it a classy and expensive look even though the cost was very reasonable.
In our opinion we think everyone with a multiple cat household should have one of these. Oh, assemble it where you want it because it is bigger than you think. The company does a great job packing it so you will be surprized at the small box compared to the final size.

The carpet is high quality (great for scratching too), and the all natural sisal rope is heavy duty and stands up to even the most dilligent scratching. The wood post underneath the sisal is made of solid pine, so it won't bend or wobble like cardboard built scratchers. The handmade unit arrives fully assembled. We bought this because we didn't want a giant carpet monstrostity in the middle of the living room (don't worry, we have one of those too but elsewhere) but this is one of about a handful of products that I will say is worth every penny. It's takes a second for our guest to realize, and usually only after a cat plunks down on top, that it's cat furniture. We bought this even before we were able to bring the kitties home. It's the first place they chose to sleep when they arrived and the two still try to squeeze on the top level together even though they're huge cats now. Very sturdy, easy to assemble and very attractive. They don't really use the bottom cave too much except to hide out in when they're attacking each other, but they love to sleep here and play from the different levels.

Cat Craft 124003 3-Tier Cat Climbing Tree Review

First, I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on a hinky piece of cat furniture not knowing if my cat would show any interest in one and second the reviews were pretty good for the very low price of the product. After my experience I have no idea why others found this tree to be even close to acceptable quality. This item is only a relative approximation of the shape of a cat tree. The support tubes are, under layers of carpet and cardboard, plastic. If they were PVC that would be fine but this is a very soft plastic. The tree is assembled with threaded studs which fit into bolts embedded in the ends of the plastic tubes. Now I'll bet your thinking I over tightened the sections and wrenched the bolts out of the plastic but you would be wrong; after seeing the delicate nature of the connections I treated them very carefully. The problem: you can't stand the tree upright without the bolts pulling out under the weight of the assembled tree. Once the thing is upright you still need to adjust the spring pole which fits against the ceiling and every time the tree is moved it becomes more wobbly. The whole situation is very comedic. I did find out my cat likes to climb but the tree is wickedly unstable with one 14 pound Bengal on it and the shelves are pretty darn small. I expect the entire thing to be on the ground when I get home tomorrow. Unless you want to do an interest test like me or your cat is a 5 pounder I would opt for a higher quality product.

My cat loves the little beds but is still reluctant to get into the cubby which is a tad small but decent. the toys don't stay on at all but that didn't bother me much at all. all in all its a very good product for a very good price considering what you get at the local pet store for the same amount.
