(More customer reviews)I bought this because the cost was lower than the other rakes. I was told raking your matted carpet will really help to bring it back.
So I figured for the cost I would try it.
Its very flimsy and is already breaking where it is stressed on both sides of the place where the pole inserts, only after minutes of use. This should be labeled a one-time use only, but no for doing whole carpets as its not going to last. At least I didn't spend very much (under $10). SO I take it as a lesson learned. Once it breaks and I cant use it with a pole I may use it by hand.
The bristles are not as stiff as I expected and it does a so-so job bringing the carpet back up. There are no instructions so I have been using it in a pulling motion, maybe I am using it wrong?
