(More customer reviews)I think the problem here is that our dog's urine from accidents has soaked through to the padding in the carpet. Despite using our Bissel "heated" carpet deep cleaner/steamer, we can still get a strong urine odor. Lesson is: don't expect this to solve all of your issues. It's okay for "light" to medium cleaning, but anything that was heavily saturated will need alternative cleaning methods (i.e. ripping up the carpet and replacing segments of padding).
