(More customer reviews)This is just what I needed. It does the trick and is easy to use. I've used it on regular carpet, wool carpet and on two wool area rugs with great results. The cleaning solution they send with the machine won't clean a very big room, so be sure to order a large bottle of cleaner to finish the job. All in all, this seems to be a really nice product.
