(More customer reviews)Okay, so after moving into my new house I was hoping beyond all hope that my little pug wouldn't pee on the carpet. Well, here I am five months later and, low and behold, the little stinker strikes! So let me get to the point here. Nature's Miracle does work. However, it works at its best when used in the following manner. When your little pet strikes, take a few paper towels and GENTLY soak up as much of the pee as you can. Repeat this process with many paper towels until you have soaked up as much as you can. DO NOT RUB, DO NOT ADD WATER! Now get yourself a measuring cup, and here is why you buy the gallon sized. Pour between 6-8 ounces of the product over the spot. This is about how much pee comes out of a little dog, so you want to match that. Let the product soak in the spot and dry as long as it needs. Do not simply spray the spot, because, trust me, the pee HAS gone down to the pad, and a little spray will not do the job. Now, after the spot has dried, you may want to apply to spray, just for a little extra treatment. I had a 24 ounce spray bottle that I refilled with the gallon, but it left me with plenty to treat the problem initially the way I had described.

(More customer reviews)I am buying for the 2nd time. I bought the first time because my daughters diaper kept leaking and I had to find a way of getting rid of the smell. I found 3 different items which looked good so I bought them all. Natures Miracle, Kids and Pets, and Simple Solution. The Kids and pets smelled so strongly on its own I think it was worse than the urine smell. The Simple solution works, but you need to use a lot and it too has its own odor. The Natures Miracle is by far the best and has no residual odor at all. Thank you Natures Miracle you have earned my business for life.

Did not work the first go around, but by the time we found where the cat was urinating it was saturated. Nature's Miracle at least got it to where I could walk by the area and not want to puke. Agreed, if I put my nose down on the area, I can still smell it - a little. So I figured, the 1st guest that sticks their nose on my carpet can do the next cleaning :). Definitely use this product 1st - it's well worth the price.

(More customer reviews)It worked for 1 day and then the odor returned. I ended up using a home remedy that was not only effective but much, much cheaper. I found a site that offered to rememdies to remove cat urine odor in my rug. The first was to mix white vinegar and water, 50-50. The second was to mix peroxide, baking soda, and a few drips of dish washing detergant. I did both remedies, one after the other, and although to smell was a bit poignant and my son had to sleep with me for a night becuase of the smell and the chill in the room, it worked and the smell hasn't returned. This neutralizes the amonia in the urine crystals permanently.

She still vomits her hypo-allergenic pet food at least once a day on my carpets, sometimes more. I have Oriental rugs as well and this solution leaves no marks or discolorations. STORY: Dog who has accidents on carpeting (son neglects to take her out while I am @ work). I sprinkled some of this stuff on the carpet and waited for the magic to begin. Much to my disbelief, it did!! Before the smell was so bad - now I smell nothing. With other products, the basement smelled of floral urine or perfume de urine. Not anymore.
Would definitely recommend. Only drawback, can't remove all of granuals out of carpeting - but I don't care -

I use this in conjunction with the regular nature's miracle on the stinky areas. I am pretty impressed with this product. It is very effective at smell removal. However, it doesn't really take care of some of the pee stains if they have already dried. It is gentle on my carpet and doesn't leave any stiff residue or anything.
