(More customer reviews)We use this carpet powder in our hotels to get the smell of cigg. smoke, etc. out. Before using this, we used various industrial strength chemicals, and nothing compares to the success we've had after switching to this baking powder. we sprinkle it as soon as we enter the room, and as we leave, vacuum (~15 min after sprinkling it). After switching, we haven't had even one guest complaint about the smell.
I STRONGLY recommend this to anyone who's trying to get out any ciggerette, alcohol, pungent odor.

Unique powdered formula eliminates odors at the source and reduces the level of allergens in carpeting. Baking soda goes deep down into carpets to eliminate odors while allergen reducer breaks the static charge that binds allergens to carpet fibers; allerens are released and easily vacuumed up.
